Sensitive personal data we process
It is not our intention to collect data from website visitors below the age of 16 through our website and/or service. Unless they have the consent of a parent or guardian. However, we are not able to verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. How long we store your personal data
Mount Massive stores your personal data no longer than it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data were collected.

Mount Massive does not sell your personal data to third parties and only provides personal data if this is necessary to fulfill an agreement or if we are legally required to do so. We make agreements with companies that process your personal data on our behalf, to ensure the same level of security and privacy of your data. Mount Massive remains responsible for the processing of your data.

Mount Massive makes use of functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit our website. Mount Massive uses cookies with a purely technical functionality. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect data and receive reports on how visitors use Mount Massive website and the effectiveness of our Google Adwords advertising. This information, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to a Google server and stored by Google in the United States. Mount Massive entered into a data processing agreement with Google Analytics on 7 March 2018.

Google uses the information to analyse how Mount Massive website is used, to generate reports on the website for us and to provide advertisers with information on the effectiveness of their campaigns. We have no influence over this.
Accessing, amending or removing data
You have the right to access, amend or remove your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, to object to the processing of your personal data by Mount Massive and to have your data transferred. We may request additional information from you to verify your identity. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and within a maximum of four weeks. Mount Massive would also like to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the local regulatory authority.
Do we make automated decisions?
Mount Massive does not make decisions based on automated processes (without human intervention) on matters that may have (considerable) consequences for you. This concerns decisions made by computer programmes or computer systems without human intervention (for instance by an employee of Mount Massive).
How we secure personal data
Mount Massive takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, improper disclosure and unauthorised changes.
We make use of a firewall and encryption methods to prevent access to personal data by unauthorised third parties. The user data is stored at locations that are both physically and technically secure. Only a select group of employees has access to customer data, based on their job profile. Every year, external specialists perform a security check, so we can guarantee the continued security of personal data. Also, Mount Massive always uses a secure TLS/SSL connection when processing orders and sending contact forms.
